Tasks:

You will design outstanding digital products and services for a wide range of domains from industry to consumer in close collaboration with the businesses, research teams, global UX studios and external entities

Profile: Senior Interaction Designer (5-6 years’ exp)

You are a systems thinker, able to spot connections from miles away. You thrive in uncertain and complex situations.

You demonstrate a bias for action, preferring to find and create opportunities to collaborate with cross functional teams.

You combine creative and analytical skills to deliver user centric solutions.

You are a curious, continuous learner, who loves investigating new topics and stay current with the latest trends in design and related topics

Visual thinking is in your DNA.

You are an expert in core UX disciplines such as user research, information architecture, interaction design, application of design systems, and are a passionate Design Thinker.

You have a high level of proficiency in interaction and visual design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe suite etc. including the new AI plug-ins for these tools.

You are an excellent communicator with the ability to synthesize and tell a powerful story.

You have a strong and proven portfolio that demonstrates all of the above.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interaction design, Product design, Psychology, Cognitive Sciences or a comparable field of study, ideally with interaction design as the main focus and with 5-6 years’ work experience in user-centered design in the areas of IT, consumer goods, automotive systems, healthcare, connected industry etc.
