• Closely communicate with customers, production and all functions in the plant to optimize order fulfillment process, support production, warehouse higher productivity result by stabilized planning and controlling与客户、生产部门及工厂内各职能部门保持密切沟通，以优化订单交付流程，通过稳定的计划与控制支持生产、仓储部门提升生产效率。

• Proactively work with Purchasing / Purchasing Quality to guarantee high supplier delivery performance to prevent materials shortage主动与采购/采购质量部门协作，确保供应商的高效交付表现，以避免物料短缺。

• Support and lead team for BPS activities. Innovation and strategy define in planning field. 支持并领导BPS团队的相关工作。在计划领域定义创新与战略。

• Support team on building up digitization experts for increasing automation and digitalization maturity支持团队培养数字化专家，以提升自动化和数字化成熟度。

• Bachelor or above(本科或以上学历)

• More than 5 years of experience in planning management positions within the automotive industry. 5年以上汽车行业计划管理岗位经验

• SAP ，or QAD experience,

• SAP 或者QAD等相关ERP操作经验

• Fluent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 流利的英语听说读写能力
