Creates and compares alternative development concepts using clear evaluation criteria

Performs iterations and capability tests to improve technical results and meet internal standards

Uses and guides others in applying established engineering calculation tools

Identifies technical problems and risks during testing, and consults experts when needed

Applies relevant design guidelines, norms, and internal directives effectively

Acts as a test owner: performs key tests, defines best practices, updates templates, and improves test infrastructure

Investigates technical issues through collaboration and peer input to understand cause-effect relationships

Updates test plans with additional “lessons learned” content and supplementary tests
-
Prepares test plans in line with internal procedures, ensuring timely and collaborative delivery
-
Brings focus points into risk management discussions and aligns them with risk tools like FMEA or DRBFM
-
Ensures all planned tests are executed or documents justified deviations and related action plans
-
Follows Engineering Change Management processes throughout the development cycle

Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Energy Systems Engineering (MSc/PhD preferred)
-
Deep knowledge of combustion, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics
-
Hands-on experience with combustion test setups
-
Strong problem-solving mindset, adaptable in agile environments
-
Fluent in English, confident in cross-functional international teams

Clear communicator with a proactive and collaborative spirit
