We are looking for a Working Student Customer Support to join us in our mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Tracking, entering, modifying and executing orders in the SAP system;

  • Tracking , entering and monitoring claims from customers in dedicated tool platform;

  • Working with database, entering and updating information (Excel);

  • Initiatie changes,creation and modification for customers;

  • Communication with customers;

  • Resolving requests regarding orders, deliveries, invoices and product availability;

  • Close cooperation with finance and logistics departments;

  • Support in preparation of credit notes and feedback documentation;

  • Back-Office tasks: document filing, scanning, receiving and sending correspondence, inventories; preparing documents for signing;

  • Checking and completing system data.

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program.

  • Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong communication and analytical abilities.

  • Result-oriented with attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
