Act as a Strategic Partner: Serve as the deputy to the Department head of the Sales Commercials Operations Department, representing the department in important meetings and providing strategic input on a variety of topics.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications & Competencies)

Leadership Experience: You have significant leadership experience (3+ years), with a proven track record of building and developing successful teams, preferably within a B2B sales environment.

Operational Expertise: You possess a understanding of the pillars of sales operations, including commercial planning, forecasting, and growth management. Experience driving major transformation projects is a strong plus.

Strategic & Operational Balance: You are a strategic thinker who can see the big picture, but you also have the operational mindset to execute flawlessly.

Influence & Communication: You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align across different departments and leadership levels in both English and Japanese.
