Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage quality claims with suppliers for BBM purchasing parts after SOP;

2. 负责零件SOP后的投诉处理和供应商质量管理；

3. Ensure short-term delivery solutions to maintain production and customer schedules during claim-related disruptions;

4. 制定并执行围堵措施，确保质量问题发生时的生产和客户短期交付；

5. Drive sustainable problem-solving initiatives using appropriate quality methods, and lead quality discussions with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams;

6. 主导供应商及内部各部门的质量讨论，使用适当质量工具解决问题；

7. Achieve reimbursement of quality-related non-conformity costs caused by supplier deviations;

8. 对供应商导致的质量投诉进行失效索赔；

9. Develop and implement effective incoming inspection strategies to ensure consistent quality assurance;

10. 制定零件进货检验的质量管控策略；

11. Monitor key quality performance, conduct escalations when necessary;

12. 监控关键质量指标，必要时发起内部升级；

13. Leverage lessons learned to drive preventive measures and push for their implementation in new projects.

14. 总结经验教训，应用于新项目并推动预防措施落实。

e plant regarding raw material

1. Be the lessons learned data provider for other plants, PMQ, PQT, PPX and PUR

2. Collect the failure cost and conduct the technical plausibility check

3. Be the Interface between manufacturing plant, purchasing organization, and suppliers

4. Intiative in top failure CIP with suppliers and top focal supplier quality improvement together with PQT

5. Supplier contact window maturity build up (8D quality improvement, coorperation and quick response)

Education:

Bachelor's degree or above, majored in science or engineering

理工科类专业，本科以上学历

Work Experience:

More than 3 years’ experience with quality management or supplier quality

三年以上质量管理或者供应商管理的经验

Knowledge/ Skills:

1. Proficient in 1 or more structured problem-solving methodologies; 精通1种或多种问题解决方法；

2. Knowledge of quality core tools; 了解质量核心工具；

3. Knowledge of technical drawing and GD&T. 工程识图和形位公差知识。
