We’re looking for someone like you to lead complex data exploration and analytics projects through your experience with Business Intelligence tools and data science coding languages.

As an advanced data scientist and researcher on our Air Power team, you’ll introduce innovative data science methodologies to make a real-world impact on Air Force installation and mission support (I&MS). You’ll share your skills in data and shape the future of analytics through a variety of means such as analytical products that change the world.

You Have:

• Experience with Air Force manpower and I&MS data sets
• Knowledge of Tableau and Power BI
• Ability to strategically partner with cross-functional stakeholders to execute management initiatives that align organizational priorities with long-term growth objectives
• Ability to build predictive models and analytical frameworks to extract business insights from large data sets, driving data-driven recommendations for senior leadership
• Ability to design and implement processes and tools, and operate cadences that improve visibility, accountability, and efficiency across the organization
• Ability to deliver structured problem-solving to identify workforce risks, forecast
  resource gaps, and inform sales operations and business strategy decisions
• Ability to create performance dashboards and KPIs in Power BI that enable real-time
  monitoring and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Master’s degree in Business Analytics

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
