Enterprise Operations Manager:

The Opportunity:

Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where enterprise network operations underpin mission success? We’re seeking an Enterprise Operations Manager who will provide subject matter expertise in network administration, network support, management, switching, and routing to ensure seamless network functionality for business needs.

In this role, you’ll lead the execution of enterprise network operations for a global WAN, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. You’ll provide management, direction, administration, and leadership for the project, assign tasking to team members, supervise technical efforts, and manage overall performance to optimize resources.

You’ll engage with clients to collect, understand, and define IT requirements, translate them into actionable project plans and milestones, and create realistic resource‑loaded schedules to manage and report progress. Additional responsibilities include implementing quality assurance measures, ensuring compliance with DoDM 8140.03 qualification requirements, and promoting best practices in ITIL 4 service management to drive continuous improvement.

You Have:

  • 10 years of experience in IT

  • 5 years of experience in network engineering and Enterprise Operations

  • 5 years of experience managing a global WAN

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business

  • Managing Professional Framework ITIL 4 Foundation Certification

  • Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) Certification

  • DoDM 8140.03 DCWF 441 Advanced Level Certification

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience automating network configurations and compliance, and building standardized playbooks and CI/CD workflows

  • Experience implementing Zero Trust principles

  • Experience with leadership in ITSM maturity, including incident, problem, or change management, SLA governance, and vendor performance oversight

  • Ability to design and manage hybrid WAN architectures

  • Ability to brief senior stakeholders, design Net Ops KPIs or OKRs, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve measurable performance outcomes in large-scale enterprise environments

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
