Multinational Leadership Training Planner:

As a Multinational Leadership Training Planner, you’ll bring your leadership and strategic and technical expertise to work alongside our allies and partners in the region. You’ll use your skills and expertise to develop, assess, plan, and support bilateral training events to increase partner nation's capability and readiness.

You Have:

• 15+ years of experience with the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Army Design Methodology (ADM), and Joint Planning Process (JPP)

• 10+ years of experience at Operational or higher-level Headquarters staff, including Division level though Corps, DRU, ASCC, or ACOM

• Experience as a Post Brigade Commander for Brigade Commanders and Post Battalion Commander for all Commanders

• Experience coordinating and leading cross-functional planning teams, working groups, and collaboration meetings with large groups to achieve operational objectives

• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

• Graduate of Command and General Staff College Intermediate Level Education or Component equivalent

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working with Allies and Partners

• Experience working at a Combat Training Center (CTC)

• Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
