Opposing Forces Multi Domain Operations Lead:

What You'll Work On:

• Participate in the OPFOR military decision-making process to develop OPFOR competitive Operations Orders.

• Support the military OPFOR Commander and contractor Chief of Staff.

• Serve as the OPFOR’s chief of the muti domain operations (MDO), including space, cyber, EW, IO, and civil affairs.

• Serve as the primary staff officer responsible for integrating and synchronizing MDO for the OPFOR commander.

• Collaborate with writers to ensure quality of Annex B Intelligence and Enemy Situation paragraphs.

• Attend Event Life Cycle (ELC) events as required.

You Have:

• Knowledge of Army and Joint regulations and current Multi Domain Operations (MDO) doctrine

• Ability to use Microsoft Office suite

• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time CONUS

• Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience in a Multi Domain Operations (MDO) field such as space, cyber, or Electronic Warfare, OR Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a Multi Domain Operations (MDO) field such as space, cyber, or Electronic Warfare

Nice If You Have:

• 15+ years of experience supporting the DoD

• Experience as a U.S. Army former field grade officer, warrant officer, or sergeant major

• Experience serving in a key developmental position at a brigade or battalion level

• Experience as a Battalion commander or higher ranked commander

• Experience with Constructive Simulation Models such as Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) or Warfighters Simulation (WARSIM)

• Experience working with the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP)

• Knowledge of FM 7-100 OPFOR Hybrid Threat doctrine

• Master's degree

• MEL 4 Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
