Engineering Specialist, Lead

The Opportunity:

Designs, develops, analyzes, modifies and evaluates engineering products or problems, coordinating the efforts of technical support staff in the performance of assigned projects, when necessary. Develops or recommends potential solutions for new or improved engineering process or products, as required. May assist in the implementation of solutions to engineering problems. May work independently or in a management structure, this role is not limited to one specific engineering discipline.

You Have:

• Experience with developing potential solutions for complex engineering products or processes

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree and 25 years of experience in engineering, Master's degree and 23 years of experience in engineering, or Doctorate degree and 20 years of experience in engineering

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
