**Boeing Global Services (BGS)**is looking for **Entry or Associate Procurement Agent **to support program based out of Hazelwood, MO.Position Responsibilities:

• Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.

• Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.

• Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.

• Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 0-2 years' experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

• 0-2 years' experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

• 0-2 years' experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions

• Fluent in both verbal and written English

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required

• 3 years' experience functioning in a cross-functional environment

• 3 years' experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes

• 3 years' experience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performance

• 3 years' experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

Summary pay range Entry: $58,650 – $79,350

Summary pay range Associate: $69,700 – $94,300
