**Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)**organization is seeking 2 T-7 Flight Line Operation Manufacturing Managers(Level K) to join our dynamic team in Edwards AFB, CA. Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employees performing activities in a Flight Operations environment.

  • Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.

  • Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

  • Oversight and Ownership to Zero injury and First Time Quality culture

  • Manage, inspire, develop and motivate employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3 years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
  • 3 years of experience working with or supporting military/commercial aircraft.
  • 3 years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Previous knowledge / experience with LEAN and 5S activities
  • Experience with military aircraft maintenance and ramp operations
  • Experience with team building, developing and motivating employees
