**Boeing Global Services (BGS)**is looking for **Procurement Agent (Associate, or Experienced) **to support program based out of Dallas, TX.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate, or Experienced Level Procurement Agents.
Position Responsibilities:
-
Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
-
Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
-
Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.

Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
-
3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
-
3 years' experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
-
3 years' experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions
-
Fluent in both verbal and written English
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
-
6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
-
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required
-
3 years' experience functioning in a cross-functional environment
-
3 years' experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
-
3 years' experience managing supplier relationships, strategic partnerships and supplier performance
-
3 years' experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
Typical Education/Experience: Associate (Level 2)
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Experienced (Level 3)
Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Associate level: 62,000 – 88,000
Summary pay range for Experienced level: 78,000 – 111,000
