We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Advisory Sales Executive to join BNY Investments Italy. This role is located in Milan, Italy. 

The purpose of the role is to attract and retain clients and revenues in the territories allocated to the individual for coverage through representation of all investment products and strategies offered by BNY Investments.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Drive client engagement in Italy by identifying prospects, managing client visits/calls, and deepening relationships with retail distributors.
  • Present BNY Investment's capabilities and investment solutions at client meetings and public events.
  • Coordinate internal resources to deliver consistent materials and bespoke presentations for pitches and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate client segmentation, product alignment plans, and record all activity in Salesforce.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk management, and business continuity requirements while supporting revenue and operational goals.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Strong client relationship management and sales execution skills, with experience in retail distributor networks.
  • Excellent knowledge of asset management industry and BNY' financial products.
  • Proven ability in project management, problem-solving, and creating tailored solutions.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, including public speaking at events.
  • Familiarity with major Italian distributors (e.g., Fideuram, Intesa Sanpaolo PB, Allianz Bank, CREDEM Group) preferred.
