We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Infrastructure Operations to join our Technology Services Group team.

This role is in Pittsburgh or Lake Mary:

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Investigate and Resolve Mainframe Performance issues

• Proactive System Monitoring to detect problems and to identify opportunities for improvement

• Implement WLM changes as needed

• Communicate with systems users to address mainframe performance or capacity consumption concerns and ensure that performance issues are handled appropriately

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Advanced degree preferred. Typically, 6-10 years of experience.

• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

Experience in Mainframe Performance Tuning:

• Knowledge and experience with WLM

• Knowledge of RMF/SMF systems metrics (CPU, Memory, I/O, Coupling Facility etc.)

• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
