We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Model Risk Analytics, AI & Solutions team within Risk & Compliance. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Design and build AI/ML and GenAI solutions that transform model risk processes.
• Develop digital employees and intelligent automation to streamline validation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Apply advanced techniques—LLMs, NLP, predictive modeling—to elevate decision-making.
• Partner with risk, compliance, and tech teams to integrate AI into enterprise workflows.
• Translate complex data and model insights into clear business recommendations.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks, and LLM/GenAI tooling.
• Solid understanding of the ML lifecycle; exposure to model risk or governance is a plus.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems with scalable, innovative solutions.
• Clear communicator who can influence cross-functional partners.
• Curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to experiment with new AI capabilities.
• Master’s Degree in a quantitative discipline, including engineering, mathematics, physics, statistics, econometrics.
