Vice President, Train Engineer, and Technology Resiliency Coordinator

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Train Engineer, and Technology Resiliency Coordinator to join our Treasury & Chief Investment Office Engineering team. This role is located in Pittsburgh

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Lead technology resiliency planning and execution for Treasury & CIO Engineering, including BCP/DR exercises and evidence packs; coordinate Permit-to-Build, Permit-To-Operate and SSSDLC governance.
  • Lead SAFe ceremonies and PI Planning for the Treasury & CIO Engineering ART while ensuring technology resiliency controls, audit evidence, SSSDLC and regulatory alignment are embedded in delivery.
  • Facilitate end-to-end PI Planning: pre-PI readiness, content logistics, draft PI objectives, confidence vote, and post-PI refinement.
  • Run core SAFe cadence: Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, System Demo, Inspect & Adapt (I&A); drive relentless improvement.
  • Mentor Scrum Leads/Scrum Masters on flow, impediment removal, outcome-based delivery; build a community of practice.
  • Establish and track Agile team metrics for velocity, predictability and value delivery.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders, communicate clearly, and deliver under regulatory deadlines.
     

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field; advanced degree/certifications (e.g., SAFe, CISM, PMP) a plus.
  • 7plus years of experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required.
  • 7 plus years as scrum lead or management.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, communicate clearly, and deliver under regulatory deadlines.
  • Coach and guide engineers and application managers on control adoption, resiliency practices, and audit readiness.
  • PI Planning experience: 2 plus years facilitating PI events.
  • Tooling: Jira, Confluence; Sharepoint, xMatters and tools supporting enterprise recovery planning platform for BC lifecycle and resiliency deliverables.
