We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, (Supervisory), Fund/Client Accounting Representative II to join our Real Estate Fund/Client Accounting team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of a small- to medium-sized fund accounting support team, setting work priorities and allocating resources based on client and functional needs.

  • Manage the daily accounting and net asset value (NAV) production workflow to service multiple funds, reviewing data and resolving escalated issues across daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycles.

  • Oversee tracking of fund data and maintenance of accounting records; establish data maintenance and summarization processes and procedures to improve efficiency and best support the accounting team.

  • Set standards for team report outputs and coordinate the review and timely sharing of reports with accounting teams, while identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce audit and financial exposure.

  • Demonstrated experience managing fund accounting operations and NAV production workflows, including issue resolution and reporting.

  • Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on timely delivery of information and continuous process improvement.

  • People Leadership: Experience supervising a small Fund/Client Accounting team, including specific supervisory review and approval responsibilities.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 5–7 years of total work experience preferred, with experience in accounting support.
