Senior Associate, Credit Risk Administration

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Credit Risk team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Conduct independent administrative and compliance reviews of underwriting submissions prepared by 1LOD and 2LOD teams.  Serving as a four‑eyes control function, validating adherence to risk policies, regulatory obligations, and Internal Audit and SOX requirements
  • Assists with risk management efforts for the assigned credit risk focus, such as Credit Analysis & Approval/Portfolio Management. Helps with the development of documentation and reporting 
  • Work alongside application business managers to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices. Collaborate closely with all the other members of the team to take shared responsibility for the overall efforts that the team has made to. Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, business users, project managers to implement requested and required application changes to the Credit Approval and Rating System. 
  • Reviews work with more senior professionals and should exhibit strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills while collaborating with others. 


To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or similar degree field is required. 
  • 3 plus; years total work experience is required. Credit risk experience is preferred.  
  • Strong data analysis and data presentation skills 
  • Excellent and demonstrable communication, written, and presentation skills are required.
