About the Role

The Campus Graduate Analyst program is designed for recent graduates seeking real-world experience and with a desire to build a unique portfolio of transferable skills in various disciplines. This will set you up for a successful career within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Shadow various staff members to gain practical experience
• Participate in learning experiences and attend meetings and workshops
• Learn about aspects of the company that lie outside of your department
• Foster good relationships with staff members and leave a lasting imprint
• Support clients in addressing operational and technical questions or issues
• Ensure requests are executed effectively
• Apply problem solving skills based on precedence and experience
• Use communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base
• Provide analytical support and prepare drafts of standard and ad hoc reports for assigned area

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in data science, Operations Management, Statistics, Engineering, Analytics, Business and Finance or other related field
• Outstanding record of academic achievement (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2)
• Prior internship experience at a top-tier investment bank or consulting firm (preferred)
