We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Credit Advisory Document Support Team Lead to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Perform supervisory responsibilities including investment credit line loan documentation review and/or preparation.
  • Act as primary point of contact for internal and external legal counsel, Private Banking management, Risk Management, Compliance, internal and external Audit; frequently interact with senior lenders and client-facing staff.
  • Participate in or lead projects related to documentation, such as training non-staff members, consulting with internal legal counsel to update base documents to meet business line needs, and developing and implementing procedures.
  • Conduct management reporting using Microsoft Excel and other related functions.
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for less experienced document custody support staff and provide on-the-job training to new Documentation Analysts and Paralegals.
  • Ensure quality and completion of own work, managing multiple clients simultaneously.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • BS/BA degree and/or Paralegal certification.
  • 5-7 years of related industry experience.
