We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join our Fund Accounting organization in EMEA. This is a senior leadership role with broad accountability for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and governance of fund accounting services delivered from Poland to a diverse international client base. The role is based in Wrocław, a key EMEA location with growing leadership responsibility and regional influence.

Responsible for seamlessly integrating new business mandates into the company’s standard operating model. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that bridges client requirements with internal capabilities to ensure a smooth transition from sales through execution.

This individual acts as a key liaison between clients, Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and compliant solutions. The successful candidate will possess strong stakeholder management, business analysis, and problem-solving skills, along with a firm grasp of financial services operations and the client onboarding processes.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Providing senior leadership oversight for multiple fund accounting teams supporting EMEA and global clients, ensuring consistent service quality across jurisdictions and fund structures
  • Setting the strategic direction for fund accounting delivery in the region, aligned with global operating models, regulatory expectations, and client growth objectives
  • Owning end to end accountability for daily operational processes, controls, and risk management across multiple functional areas
  • Acting as a senior escalation point for complex client, operational, and regulatory matters, driving resolution through collaboration with global partners
  • Establishing and strengthening governance, control, and oversight frameworks to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and operational resilience
  • Building strong senior level client relationships, representing the organization in key discussions and reviews
  • Leading and developing senior managers and people leaders, with a strong focus on leadership capability, succession planning, and organizational maturity
  • Sponsoring and driving transformation initiatives, including process standardization, automation, and the adoption of advanced technologies to support scalable growth

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Significant experience in fund accounting or a related financial services discipline, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee multiple teams and complex operational areas within a regulated, international environment
  • Strong strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate long term objectives into effective operational execution
  • Solid understanding of risk, control, and regulatory expectations relevant to fund administration and cross border service delivery
  • Experience managing senior client relationships and influencing outcomes at executive level
  • Proven capability in leading large scale operational change or transformation initiatives
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment
  • Fluent English is required; knowledge of German would be an advantage.
  • Extensive experience in people management, including multi-layered management - preferred.
  • Curiosity about and/or exposure to data analytics, automation, or AI‑enabled tools (e.g., Alteryx or similar platforms), with the ability to leverage technology to enhance efficiency, controls, and insight within fund accounting operations.
