We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Central Finance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Deliver advanced financial analytics and reporting to support senior level management and the Board of Directors

  • Identify and monitor trends, and present findings to finance leadership

  • Partner with your Finance peers to identify and solve common needs across the lines of business, including improved financial reporting and dashboarding

  • Conduct advanced trend analysis on financial data and operating performance for topics of high complexity.

  • Participates in the development of the annual operating plan

  • Perform detailed historical or predictive analyses to support end to end processes within Finance including the support for the period close, analyses of performance such as forecasted period revenue and expenses against actual results, and metrics and scorecard reporting

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in financial services, preferably in planning and analysis, or engineering finance functions.

  • Experience working with complex financial data and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with Power BI, Dashboarding, and Management Reporting tools such as IBM TM1 is highly desirable.
