We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP to join our middle office team. This role is located in Lake Mary Florida (4 days in office per week)

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Independently onboards clients onto the platform, drive and execute internal testing, execute client joint testing, and handles conversions onto the platform. Serve as an SME to clients as they onboard/transition/convert to/from organization products and solutions. 
  • Responsible for overall success of large, complex transitions/conversions, ensuring client satisfaction through the monitoring of project quality and efficiency as well as the direct client experience. Provides consultative support of complex situations for internal and external clients.
  • Responsible for internal UAT and End to End Regression testing, provide SME knowledge to the team and review output to allow sign off on changes to our production platform.
  • Provides leadership and recommendations for onsite client support and onboarding.
  • Leads project management activities for the onboarding/transition/conversion such as reporting, planning, issue / risk tracking, scheduling, effort estimation and day-to-day tracking, and other project documentation preparation. Identifies significant gaps or quality issues in transition processes and makes recommendations for improvement. 
  • Leads large complex conversion activities related to a mix of complex institutional client relationships requiring the in-depth understanding of custody and accounting processing activities. Completes an accurate conversion of data on Middle Office systems to provide  daily, weekly, or monthly valuation clients. Reviews control reports to effectively mitigate risks and resolve problems that arise during the conversion process. 
  • Possible direct reports; acts as a Team Lead and provides guidance to less experienced colleagues. Allocates work to and monitors the work quality of others assigned to the client. Leads process improvements based on post-mortem transition analysis. May have people management responsibilities in some geographies.
  • Responsible for large complex, mature and/or global clients or more complex platforms; contributes to the achievement of team and area objectives.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 
  • Experience in Middle Office, Asset Servicing, Marketable and Derivative securities, financial services with client-facing or project management roles preferred.
