We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Reporting/Performance I to join our Client Reporting team within BNY Investments. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Delivering accurate, timely, and comprehensive reports to clients on their portfolios, transactions, and holdings.
• Develops technical expertise regarding product offerings in order to act as a resource to clients.
• Continuously improving reporting processes and tools to enhance client experience
• Answers any inquiries from clients regarding the nature of investment products and their portfolios along with inquiries regarding managing portfolio risk and asset allocation
• Supports the maintenance of the online platform utilized by clients to generate reports on their portfolios and portfolio performance.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 4+ years of total experience in Client Reporting or Operations within Financial services preferred
• Ability to have clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams
• Knowledge of Investment Management business process, data flows, types of reports & systems etc.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite & associated applications.
