We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Cash Management Team Lead to join our Global Payments & Trade team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead and execute daily liquidity and funds control activities — ensuring accuracy, control, and timely settlement across global payment flows.
  • Partner with Technology, Treasury, and Operations to enhance real-time liquidity visibility, forecasting accuracy, and intraday funding efficiency.
  • Use data to tell the story — uncover trends, highlight risks, and drive automation and standardization initiatives.
  • Oversee reconciliations, cash forecasting, exception management, and intraday liquidity monitoring across the Americas
  • Embed governance, risk, and compliance standards into every process, ensuring audit readiness and robust controls.
  • Develop and mentor talent, fostering an accountable, high-performance culture that thrives under pressure.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • 12 plus years of technical and management experience preferred. 
  • Deep experience in Liquidity Operations, Funds Control, or Treasury Operations within an investment banking or global payments environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Liquidity Direct, Indirect flows, CFC, and GFC frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead teams AND roll up your sleeves to tackle operational challenges head-on.
  • Expertise in payment flows, Nostro accounts, intraday liquidity, cash forecasting, and reconciliation systems (TLM, SWIFT, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Risk awareness, ownership mentality, and ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
