We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Product Development and Strategy Lead to join our Alternative Investment Services team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead product development and strategy for large and/or complex products, typically assigned to high-growth product areas, with fully developed core expertise in industry trends, market segments, and competitor profiles.

  • Apply experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies to direct the overall product strategy for the organization.

  • Manage and guide the product management team with inclusive leadership practices.

  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure product strategy alignment with company goals.

  • Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for product initiatives.

  • Develop and execute product launch and go-to-market strategies.

  • Use subject matter expertise, experience, and thought leadership to influence and support the product management team, key stakeholders, and senior leaders.

  • Modify approaches based upon local regulations and requirements.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.

  • Demonstrated ability in product development and delivery with a proven track record in defining successful product constructs and delivering a product roadmap.

  • Prior experience working in the financial industry preferred.

  • A balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven record in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and/or working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and product development teams.

  • High proficiency in OKR, Design Thinking, Event Storming, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, and Agile product development.
