  • Producing digital, print, video, photo, and/or editorial content that can be distributed across our social channels, our careers site (including our blog), job boards, internal communications, and more

  • Owning and driving the end-to-end process of content creation, including ideation, scripting, casting, overseeing production and editing, and publishing

  • Ensuring we have an organized and compelling global library of static, video, and editorial content, with a key focus on our locations with the highest hiring volumes

  • Partnering closely with the global Talent Acquisition (TA) team. The Employer Brand team is part of our TA team, and our TA colleagues are core partners in shaping our talent attraction strategy

  • Collaborating closely with our internal partners (in Communications, Marketing, Corporate Affairs, and Multimedia teams) and with vendors and external agencies

Who are we looking for?

  • 4-7 years of experience in content production or adjacent project management role

  • A proven track record of developing compelling content and a passion for doing so

  • Experience working for a global company, with an understanding of how to tailor content to international markets and build strong working relationships with internal and external partners around the world

  • Exceptional attention to detail; holds internal and external partners to the same high standards

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and drive work forward with urgency in order to meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to work highly collaboratively and approach challenges with an innovative, solution-oriented mindset

  • Enthusiasm for trying new types of content, new formats, new technologies

  • Expressed interest in employer branding and recruitment marketing, and an understanding of the value and impact of this function at a company
