The VP will work directly with local lead and collaborate across global engineering, research, and product teams.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Python engineering or quantitative analytics.

  • Understanding of financial analytics: Indexing, private markets, or alternatives preferred.

  • Strong debugging, testing, and documentation habits.

  • Ability to work with global cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of investment analytics, time-series analysis, or quant research.

  • Familiarity with containers, GitHub, CI/CD, or cloud frameworks.

  • CFA/FRM progress or interest in financial domain.
