About this role
We are looking for a new team member to join the APAC Regional Sales Support (RSS) Team, based in Taiwan. Established in August 2025, the Regional Sales Support team is dedicated to enabling growth and delivering value for clients across all markets. Our mission is to provide innovative, curated, and commercially focused support that empowers our regional sales teams.
The team works closely with both Wealth and Institutional Client Business across APAC to support a growing regional client base and ensure smooth daily operations in partnership with functional teams.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and client-focused, ensuring outcomes align with business objectives and client needs. This individual will collaborate effectively with stakeholders, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality work on time. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in driving APAC sales support, delivering meaningful impact for clients and contributing to the success of our regional operations.
- Prepare internal and client reports, factsheets, and manage essential internal sales support processes.
- Ensure all deliverables meet business objectives and client requirements with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to support sales initiatives and streamline internal processes.
- Develop accurate proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation for client engagements.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Support process redesign and automation initiatives; leveraging AI and other tools, within the Regional Sales Support Team to drive efficiency and scalability.
Skills and Experience:
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, with business-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management or financial services, preferably in client-facing roles.
- Professional licenses required: SITCA (Senior Securities Specialist or Securities Investment Trust & Consulting Professional).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and capability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, proactive, and willing to challenge the status quo with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with an aptitude for learning new technologies and applications; experience with AI toolsets is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in process improvement is a plus.
