Job Duties: Develop strategy and execute initiatives central to our indexing and firm-wide growth aspirations and priorities. Bring together change professionals and domain specialists to deliver scale and innovation to some of Black Rock's fastest-growing products. Provide Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) servicing to more than 430 US Domestic Equity, US Fixed Income, International Equity & Commodity i Shares products representing over $3 Trillion in AUM. Evolve our ETF Servicing Platform (ESP) as we migrate additional product groups and launch increasingly complex products on to the platform. Lead cross functional efforts in implementing technical solutions or operational enhancements in support of ESP and the ETF Servicing function. Learn and execute the team's core daily workflow as part of the ETF order lifecycle with an eye on process improvement, risk mitigation and automation.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Statistics and Operations Research, Finance, or a related field; and 24 months experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Requires 24 months of experience involving each of the following: 1. Capital Markets OR Securities and financial instruments. 2. ETF Operations (creation/redemption process) OR Mutual Fund Operations (Subscription/Redemption/Ongoing Trade Support). 3. Product Launch Test (New Products / securities – Product Pipeline). 4. Trade Support (Clearance and settlement– fulfillment and finalization). 5. Transfer Agent (Provider Relationship Management including Custodian, Fund Accountant, Transfer Agent). 6. SFTP Swift (Instruction Transmission Methods). 7. Project Management (Input into various phases of Insourcing ETF Servicing and migration of assets to service providers). 8. Quality Check (Oversight and Controls ensuring Market Data Accuracy).

For San Francisco, CA Only the salary range for this position is USD**$148,000.00** - USD**$155,000.00** . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. Black Rock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
