Job Summary:
Join Bird’s mission to change the way the world moves, one ride at a time, by supporting our award-winning electric vehicle fleet in
Windsor. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in keeping the fleet moving by driving, deploying, relocating, and
preparing scooters for riders. You will work behind the scenes to ensure every ride is safe, smooth, and on time while helping reduce
carbon emissions and traffic.
Responsibilities
- Execute Fleet Deployment: Safely drive, load, and unload vehicles to deploy or retrieve scooters following mobile
app routes. - Optimize Market Demand: Relocate scooters from low-demand areas to high-demand areas efficiently to
maximize rider access. - Perform Field Maintenance: Conduct basic diagnostics, quality checks, and preparation on scooters and e-bikes
to ensure safety. - Manage Technology Tools: Operate a smartphone and internal apps while multitasking in a fast-paced
environment to hit daily goals. - Support Logistics Operations: Assist with warehouse tasks and fleet staging to maintain an organized
operational flow. - Contribute to Product Growth: Participate in product testing and new feature rollouts to improve the rider
experience. - Maintain Team Communication: Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors to coordinate daily field
activities.
Pay: 18.00 CAD
Must Haves

Age Requirement: Must be 21+ years old.

Experience: Minimum of two years of driving experience required

Licenses: Must possess a valid driver's license.

Proficiency in English and comfort using smartphone applications while on the move.

Ability to lift and transport objects up to 50 lbs (with or without accommodation).

Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Familiarity with Windsor’s local streets and neighborhoods is considered a plus.

Experience in delivery, logistics, rideshare, or warehouse work
Compensation: $18 per hour.
