About This Role:
As the MS and Launch Excellence Lead, you will be pivotal in driving the performance of our therapeutic areas across the GCC, including the launch of a new self-administration modality within the MS franchise while ensuring best-in-class readiness and execution for upcoming women’s Heath and immunology launches.
Operating at the intersection of franchise leadership, commercial excellence, and launch governance, you will partner closely with cross-functional, regional, and global stakeholders to deliver strong in-market performance of established therapies and seamless, high-impact preparation for future pipeline assets. You will combine strategic ownership with hands-on execution and regional leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and drive the MS franchise strategy and operations in alignment with global and GCC priorities:
Lead brand positioning, objectives, and tactical planning.

Partner with Sales leadership to enhance field force effectiveness and achieve sales objectives.

Oversee and coach a team of ABMs for robust account strategies and execution.

Develop and deploy promotional materials and customer engagement models.
-
Identify and unlock growth opportunities through new segments and channels.
-
Support KOL engagement and congress strategy in line with brand priorities and compliance standards.

Lead cross-functional teams to support new launches in women’s health and immunology:
Lead development of integrated launch plans clearly defining priorities, milestones, risks, and cross functional dependencies (business cases, workshops, etc)

Own end to end launch readiness governance, including tracking, consolidation, escalation, and resolution of readiness gaps

Facilitate structured best practice sharing from early launch to later launch markets to accelerate cross functional preparedness and launch success (e.g., PO&T, Finance, Regulatory, 3M)

Lead and coordinate International Center of Excellence (ICoE) support for partner market launch readiness
Who You Are:You are a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the healthcare industry. You thrive in dynamic environments and excel at managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Your ability to translate strategy into action sets you apart, and you possess a natural leadership quality that enables you to influence and drive cross-functional teams. With fluency in English and Arabic, you are adept at managing relationships and building consensus across diverse teams. You value ethical behaviour and compliance, maintaining high standards in all your professional endeavours.
Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree.

Fluent in English and Arabic.

At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

Sales and marketing experience, with a focus on KSA.

Proven track record in product launches, particularly in specialty, neurology, or immunology portfolios.

Strong understanding of end-to-end launch management and local execution.

Solid grasp of commercial fundamentals such as forecasting and lifecycle management.

Ability to lead through influence across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in immunology is strongly preferred.

People management experience.

Complex cross-functional project/program management experience.

Solid grasp of commercial fundamentals including forecasting, KPIs, performance tracking, and lifecycle management
