About the role

The SFE & Decision Support Enablement role exists to drive sales force effectiveness in LATAM by strategically managing Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE) processes and integrating business data into analytic solutions that enable agile, evidence-based decisions. It acts as a key link between commercial, marketing and global CE&O teams, ensuring the adoption of CRM tools (Veeva), the standardization of metrics and the optimization of segmentation processes and cycle planning. Their contribution is critical to maximizing business impact, ensuring data governance, and strengthening a data-driven culture in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Define and standardize metrics and KPIs of commercial effectiveness through the design of measurement frameworks, use of analytical tools (Excel, Power BI) and periodic validation of internal and external data, to monitor the performance of the sales force and enable continuous improvements aligned with the regional and global strategy.

  • Drive the adoption and evolution of CRM (Veeva) and SFE tools by leading functional definitions, usage tracking, implementation of new functionalities and data quality controls, to optimize productivity, compliance and omnichannel approach, ensuring information governance and reliability.

  • Design and maintain Targeting & Segmentation and Cycle Planning models applying analytical methodologies and segmentation based on potential, preferences and behaviors, with periodic reviews together with commercial teams, to maximize the impact of resources and execution in the field.

  • Integrate commercial and omnichannel data into interactive dashboards through visualization tools, load automation, and ensuring inclusion of critical metrics, to reduce the time between analysis and strategic decision.

  • Establish data governance and stewardship processes by defining regional standards, quality controls, and periodic audits in collaboration with Compliance and IT, to ensure reliability, comparability, and traceability in LATAM.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Formal Education:

  • Bachelor' s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or related areas.

  • Desirable: Master's or postgraduate degree in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Commercial Management or Digital Transformation.

  • Complementary: Certifications in CRM (Veeva/Salesforce), Data Governance or BI tools (Power BI, SQL).

Previous Experience Minimum experience: At least 2/3 years in roles related to Sales Force Effectiveness, and/or CRM (Veeva/Salesforce), preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or regulated sectors.
Key areas: Design of KPIs and incentives, segmentation and targeting, CRM management, data integration and governance, development of dashboards and insights.
Desirable: Participation in regional projects and collaboration with commercial and marketing teams.

  • Salesforce Effectiveness Analyst or Specialist (SFE): experience in designing KPIs, incentives, segmentation and reporting of commercial effectiveness.

  • Commercial Business Intelligence Analyst/Coordinator: dashboard management, data integration and generation of insights for sales and marketing teams.

  • Data Steward or Data Governance Specialist: ensuring data quality, standardization and governance in multi-country environments.

  • CRM Specialist (Veeva/Salesforce): implementation, support and optimization of CRM processes for sales force.

  • Continuous improvement and innovation mindset: identifying opportunities to optimize processes and evolve SFE and BI practices.

Interaction with Other Roles Internal Areas

  • Leadership Team (Regional Directors and Country Managers): definition of strategic priorities, reporting of results and alignment with corporate objectives (quarterly).

  • Heads of Functional Areas (mainly Sales and Marketing): monitoring and reporting of sales force effectiveness and performance (monthly), and ad hoc collaboration for segmentation and targeting issues.

  • Sales Force (District Representatives and Managers): support in the use of CRM (Veeva), cycle planning and optimization of commercial execution (monthly for reporting and ad hoc for adjustments).

  • Support Teams (Technology, Legal, Compliance): supervision of implementation of CRM/BI solutions and regulatory assurance (depending on project).

  • Global CE&O Team (especially CRM area): alignment in SFE standards, Targeting & Segmentation and Veeva evolution (monthly and according to project).

External Areas

  • Technology providers and specialized consultancies: implementation and evolution of CRM/BI solutions, ensuring quality, compliance and data governance (depending on the project).
