Shift Information

  • This is a Night shift position, working Mon-Thu 2PM – 12AM one week and Tue-Fri 2PM – 12AM the following week.

As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician III, you will provide customer-oriented service and support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will perform corrective and preventative maintenance on manufacturing washers, autoclaves, centrifuge, Bioreactors, tanks, pumps, and other production equipment at our Bio Site location. This position requires a solid understanding of manufacturing systems including mechanical, electrical and control principles.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with Responsible Engineers and Manufacturing personnel to troubleshoot equipment problems.

  • Perform preventative and corrective work order maintenance.

  • Assists in troubleshooting mechanical problems and work with outside vendors to resolve recurring issues.

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures in performance of assigned duties.

  • Maintain appropriate maintenance and repair logbooks.

  • Work independently, with only general supervision and instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions on new assignments.

  • Navigate in a CMMS system to find and close out work orders Schedules workload with planner.

  • Performs small projects as directed by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or related manufacturing environment preferred

  • Experience with maintaining and repairing pharmaceutical and biotech related equipment preferred

  • This work requires occasionally climbing ladders, crawling into tight spaces, moving/lifting test equipment up to 50 lbs. as well as working in clean spaces where gowning is required.

  • Ability to stand for up to 3 hours at a time is also required.

Preferred

  • Knowledge and usage of hand and power tools to perform assignments preferred.

  • Knowledge of CMMS system

  • Knowledge of Lock-Out Tag-Out to energized systems

Job Level: Entry Level

Additional Information:

The base compensation range for this role is: $30.29-$39.42
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
