Key Responsibilities:
- Support and execute business strategy and product plans within assigned indications (Adult / Pediatric).
- Assist in the development and implementation of indication‑level marketing and execution plans.
- Execute product‑related projects to strengthen competitive positioning in the market, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Support tracking and management of project budgets and timelines.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize market data, business performance, and reference materials to support business decision‑making.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Medical, Sales, and Market Access to ensure effective execution of product initiatives.
- Support coordination with regional or external stakeholders as needed to deliver project objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1–2 years of relavent experience.
- Experience in Neurology or rare disease area is preferred.
- Consulting firm experience (e.g. strategy, life‑science, or healthcare consulting) is preferred, especially with exposure to data analysis, market assessment, or project‑based work.
- Medical or life‑science background is a plus (e.g. medicine, pharmacy, biology, clinical science, or related fields).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.
- Experience in a multinational company is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with good analytical capability and teamwork spirit.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn, with solid execution capability.
