About This Role:
As a Payroll Specialist within our Global Business Services team, you will be a key contributor to processing payroll for assigned countries. This role demands precision and adherence to compliance with laws and regulations. You will manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments, while troubleshooting systems when necessary. Collaboration with customers and stakeholders is crucial to delivering high-quality service. Your role is integral to the smooth operation of payroll functions, contributing significantly to the financial integrity and compliance of our business operations.
What You’ll Do:

Process regular and off-cycle payroll for the assigned country, ensuring timely payments.

Collect payroll inputs, calculate payroll amounts, and comply with internal and external policies.

Support accounting reconciliation processes with payroll providers and internal teams.

Provide backup support to team members and share knowledge about payroll processes.

Maintain and update process documentation, suggesting improvements and supporting implementation.

Promote the usage of the knowledge base and support system optimization.

Deliver exceptional support to employees and stakeholders, resolving requests promptly.

Prepare reports and analyses of payroll data for management and third-party use.

Engage in payroll-related projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in payroll, preferably in advanced GBS/SSC/BPO environments.

Proficiency in Excel and English.

GER payroll expertise (GER B1-B2 language skills).
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience in payroll processing for other European markets, including UK, ROI, and Poland.

Proactive approach in problem-solving.

The base compensation range for this role is: zł106,000.00-zł142,000.00
