About This Role:
As the Analyst for International Compensation & Benefits, you will play a pivotal role in supporting compensation and benefits activities outside the United States. You will navigate independently across a dynamic and multi-faceted team environment, effectively meeting the global needs of the business. This position entails supporting all countries from a Total Rewards perspective while maintaining a global philosophy and approach. You will drive issue resolution processes for escalated compensation and benefits inquiries, and support compensation partners with job offers, leveling, reorganizations, and other business-related activities. By maintaining an external focus on best practices, regulatory requirements, and the competitive landscape, you will bring significant value to the business. This role fits within the business structure by ensuring our global Total Rewards strategy aligns with business goals and enhances employee satisfaction and retention.
What You’ll Do:
- Support international compensation and benefits activities, maintaining a global perspective.
- Drive issue resolution processes for escalated compensation and benefits inquiries outside the US.
- Assist compensation partners with job offers, job leveling, reorganizations, and business-related compensation activities.
- Conduct Workday audits to ensure accurate usage of job codes, bonus plans, and locations.
- Support the Compensation team in SOX compliance requests.
- Participate in annual compensation and benefits surveys globally.
- Provide support for the annual compensation process, including managing project plans and executing various activities.
- Draft presentations, training materials, and other communication materials.
- Work with HR Systems to test system changes and address issues before opening.
- Aid the benefits team in executing aspects of large, complex projects like global wellbeing initiatives.
- Collaborate on the global brokerage solution for risk coverage and global retirement management models.

Your ability to consult on issues with a deep understanding and technical expertise makes you a valuable asset to our team. You thrive in dynamic environments where you can independently manage projects and initiatives, showcasing your strong organizational skills. You are a creative problem-solver who challenges the status quo and brings innovative solutions to the table. Your experience in presenting to executives and non-experts highlights your ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Required Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or an analytically focused role.
- Bachelor's degree required (preference in Business, Accounting, Mathematics, or Finance).
- Experience using various compensation levers to address business issues.
- Ability to consult and develop alternatives for solutions through technical expertise and analysis.
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting to non-experts.
- Creative problem-solving skills and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- CCP certification is highly desirable in a quantitative field.
Additional information:
- This role is in hybrid model of work.
- Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
- The base compensation range per year for this role is: 114 000 - 152 000 PLN gross.
