About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Net Suite Systems Administrator to own, optimize, and support our Net Suite ERP environment. This role will be responsible for system configuration, user support, integrations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure Net Suite effectively supports our finance and operational teams.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical Net Suite expertise with business process knowledge and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:

· Administer and maintain the Net Suite ERP system, including user setup, roles, permissions, workflows, and customizations
· Serve as the primary internal Net Suite subject matter expert
· Manage system configurations, custom fields, forms, saved searches, dashboards, and reports
· Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processes
· Maintain data integrity and system controls
· Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Net Suite Support or third-party partners as needed
· Manage and optimize integrations between Net Suite and other business systems (CRM, payroll, billing, procurement, etc.)
· Lead testing, documentation, and deployment of new features and enhancements
· Support internal stakeholders with training and process improvements
· Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and change management procedures
· Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
· Monitor and implement systems SOX compliance and internal controls

Required Qualifications:

· 5+ years of hands-on Net Suite administration experience
· Strong understanding of ERP systems, accounting principles, and financial workflows
· Experience with roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards
· Experience managing third-party integrations
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Experience supporting finance and accounting teams
