The Repair Agent performs high quality repairs on consumer electronics and appliances by addressing all unit symptoms and making repairs as necessary. Their responsibilities include communicating effectively and educating customers on product repairs.

• Key Responsibilities- Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to their needs.
• Diagnoses, orders, and makes installations for product repairs.
• Contacts customers with quotes for repairs and answers questions regarding cost, product installation, and operation.
• Completes routine functionality and quality testing on all products.
• Partners with colleagues and leaders to manage work-in-process (WIP) repairs.
  Basic Qualifications- Able to stand and sit for long periods of time
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Able to lift weight up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
• 6 months of experience diagnosing and repairing consumer electronics and/or appliances
  Preferred Qualifications- Consumer Electronics and/or Appliance Manufacture Repair Certification
• Sealed System Certification applicable to appliances
• 6 months of experience using Best Buy's Star and Smart Parts system or other Parts Inventory System
