The Marketing Operations Manager will own end-to-end process design, documentation, and enablement to support the growth of our Ads business. This role ensures clarity of enterprise roles and responsibilities, drives operational efficiency, and enables smooth rollout of new ad products, tools, and technology solutions. As the business accelerates, scalable and repeatable processes are critical. This position will lead efforts to create and maintain workflows, manage centralized documentation, and develop training programs that equip teams for consistent execution. Success means reducing friction, improving speed-to-market, and enabling alignment across marketing, sales, and business support teams.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at our Best Buy Corporate Campus in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you’ll do- Design and document end-to-end enterprise processes that define roles and responsibilities across marketing and sales

  • Develop and deliver training programs for onboarding, new product launches, and tool adoption
  • Drive process improvements and implement scalable workflows to enhance operational efficiency
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment adoption and consistent communication
    Basic qualifications- 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing enablement, project management or related roles
  • Proficiency in Workfront/Salesforce or other related sales/project management software systems
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for documentation and training
    Preferred qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Proven experience designing and documenting scalable processes and workflows
  • Experience with change management and driving adoption of new processes and tools
