The Senior Manager, Sales Enablement is responsible for executing the enablement roadmap for Best Buy Ads. This role owns enablement intake, prioritization, and delivery of learning and readiness programs that help sellers perform consistently and confidently.

You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure sellers are prepared for launches, new features, and evolving selling motions. This role blends program management, learning design, and cross functional leadership. functional leadership.

This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

What you'll do:- Manage enablement intake and prioritization, ensuring efforts focus on the highest impact business needs. impact business needs.

  • Own execution of the enablement roadmap, including sequencing, readiness criteria, and delivery milestones.
  • Develop launch materials, training programs and scalable assets that support seller success.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to ensure timely sales readiness for launches and updates.
  • Track adoption and effectiveness of products and provide recommendations based on insights.
  • Collaborate with operations partners to ensure tools and processes support delivery.

Basic Qualifications- 7 + years experience in Digital Advertising and/or Ad Tech

  • 2+ years in Sales Enablement
  • 2+ years in Program Management or related role
  • ​​​​​​​Experience managing cross functional initiatives and complex roadmaps. functional initiatives and complex roadmaps.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex information into practical, seller ready content. ready content.

Preferred Qualifications- Experience in retail media or B2B sales organizations.
