Project Overview:
The Ar Rjum Project comprises a green field gold project with three open pit mining operations with associated waste dumps and ore stockpile, a processing plant, tailings management facilities, and supporting infrastructure including water supply, power supply, maintenance facilities, offices, temporary and permanent accommodation village.
- The Project is situated within the Central Arabian Gold Region, approximately 200 km north-east of Taif towards Riyadh and about 26 km South of Al Mouwayh, which is a small town situated on the Jeddah
- Riyadh highway.
Job Summary:
In this role, you will perform administrative duties that require proficiency, accuracy, judgement, initiative, discretion, and knowledge of protocol. You will handle both routine and complicated items, such as coordinating travel, preparing expense reports, and composing correspondence. Your ability to anticipate problems and changing priorities will help bring efficiency and organization to your team.
Major Responsibilities:

Assists manager with a moderate scope of decision-making activities

Handles complex administrative items independently
-
Provides support of a highly responsible and highly confidential nature
-
Independently anticipates problems and changing priorities; alerts manager and may take action to adapt manager’s schedule/commitments accordingly

Completes business independently, or refers to other staff, forwards the most important to the senior manager, and follows up to ensure action
-
Duties require accuracy, judgment, a high degree of initiative, discretion, diplomacy, and knowledge of protocol

Coordinates complex travel arrangements and travel itineraries; Prepares detailed expense reports using Concur or other expense report software as required

Compiles and distributes conference notes and meeting minutes, and the action items that result from the conferences and meetings

Assigns document numbers and enters into Bechtel electronic document management system

May be required to send documents to the client’s document management system and may develop and implement administrative operational procedures and guidelines
Education and Experience Requirements:
-
Requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience
-
Associate degree or related technical training preferred
Required Knowledge and Skills:
-
Demonstrated administration experience – project experience on remote sites is desirable
-
Proficiency and experience in project administration, including procedural work, client interface, and records management
-
Ability to develop and analyze information for studies and reports
-
Demonstrated ability in the use of software applications, creating spreadsheets with mathematical functions, and enhancing presentation reports

Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
