Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

Process Overview

Strategic Solutions & Enablement is a strategic execution team that delivers process redesign, business intelligencee, and technical solutions, enabling the delivery of solutions that simplify and improve our processes and the way we work. Business Intelligence Data Strategy is the sub team within GDRO SSE that provides process automation and BI solutions at GMO level.

• Job Description

• Work for GMO Business Intelligence Data Strategy team for projects at GMO level that are submitted by requestor globally through intake form

• Individual Contributor having knowledge and experience to provide technical solutions for automation using Alteryx, VBA Macro and Tableau for data visualization

• Have good understanding of SQL and data tables. Troubleshoot and provide solution using SQL queries e.g. MARS database, SQL plex and Tera data.

• Execute BIDS data strategy priorities end to end, partner with business to understand problem statement, perform feasibility check for automation solution and deployment

• E.g. for Alteryx self-serve server solution

• End to end solution for CASE ID+Workflow Name including: Deep dive analysis on business needs, Desktop Alteryx solution development and testing, UAT server testing with LOB, Prod Parallel collection testing with LOB and Post deployment validation and monitoring

• Incumbent must have interest in working as a developer, project management / analysis work and on governance routines as part of data strategy and execution

Responsibilities:

• Experience in Global Markets / Investment Banking Ops
• Individual contributor with knowledge on Alteryx, Tableau and SQL
• Good understanding of the e Task workflow tool

Requirements:

• *Education: BCE / Computer Science / MBA
• *Certifications If any : NA
• *Experience Range 7-9 Years

• Alteryx, Tableau and SQL knowledge
• Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward
• Excellent communication and influence skills across multiple levels / diverse audiences, proven ability to influence without formal authority
• Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams to drive innovation and unique solutions

Desired skills:

• Experience working in Capital Markets / IB Domain / Global Markets Operations
