As a Buyer, you will support the procurement of goods and services across assigned categories, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing aligned with business needs. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain supply continuity and optimize value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging suppliers to request quotations for goods and services, ensuring competitive pricing and optimal lead times.
• Managing requisitions by converting internal purchase requests into accurate and timely purchase orders in line with company policies.
• Tracking orders by monitoring open orders and proactively following up with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and resolve delays or issues.
• Maintaining documentation by keeping accurate records of supplier communications, quotations, and order confirmations.
• Updating systems to ensure procurement platforms reflect the latest order and delivery information.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and supplier performance.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Have proven experience in procurement or supply chain functions.
• Have strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Have proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Have a team‑oriented mindset with a proactive and solution‑driven approach.
