As a Product Owner for Supply Chain Platforms, you will lead the vision, execution, and continuous improvement of key digital capabilities that support end‑to‑end supply chain operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and functional consultants to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables while ensuring

alignment with enterprise goals and Agile best practices.

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for:

• Owning and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring clarity, alignment with business objectives, and readiness for

development

• Working with team members to decompose features into user stories and stories into tasks

• Leading Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives

• Ensuring user stories are well‑defined with clear acceptance criteria

• Guiding and supporting a cross‑functional team of developers and functional consultants

• Fostering collaboration, accountability, and high‑performance team culture

• Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the delivery team

• Translating business needs into actionable technical tasks

• Overseeing platform roadmap and capability development

• Ensuring scalability, usability, and integration with enterprise systems

• Maintaining product documentation and enforcing governance standards

• Identifying opportunities for process optimization and driving continuous improvement in Agile practices and team performance

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a deep understanding of supply chain processes within Baker Hughes and across the broader market • Possess strong knowledge of key systems and tools used in these processes, including SAP

• Bring 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Platform Owner in Agile environments

• Demonstrate strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)

• Have proven ability to manage and prioritize complex backlogs

• Have experience leading cross‑functional teams including developers and functional consultants

• Excel in communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management

• Be able to translate business requirements into technical deliverables

Preferred

• Structured thinker with strong top‑down planning capabilities

• Proactive in identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement

• Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast‑paced environments

• Experience with enterprise platforms and system integrations
