As a SSPS Proposal Specialist
-
Services, you will be responsible for:
-
Developing complex proposals, tenders, cost models and contracts for the Subsea Production Systems Services & Wellhead business, assist negotiation with customers, and ensures technical and contractual requirements are met.
-
Driving combative pricing, compiling, and submitting required tender documentation.
-
Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring client advice.
-
Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity.
-
Working on basis of predefined contracts price frameworks, but also negotiate new contracts and agreements.

Handling diverse clients within S&SPS space.
-
Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales as well with management to get all approvals in place.
Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:
-
Have at least 5 years’ experience in Commercial/ Tenders/ Proposals
-
Have Bachelors in Engineering and relevant technical field
-
Have sound oral and written communication skills, in English
-
Be a subject matter expert in Excel and overall digital platforms such as Deal Machine (Salesforce) or Cleopatra
-
Be detailed-oriented and have experience in analysing, translating, and completing complex bids/proposals
