Baker Hughes Process & Pipeline Services (PPS) supports full lifecycle of customers' asset from pre-commissioning to decommissioning. We help to reduce future corrosion, improve efficiency and maximize throughput. Our solutions for pre-commissioning/commissioning, and maintenance shutdowns include specialized services for Oil & Gas, power generation, metals, and other process industries.

Partner with the best

As an Operation Manager, you will perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Participates in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions.

As an Operation Manager, you will be responsible for:

· Planning - adopting best-practice guidelines to influencing and implementing operation to right actions.

· Acting as the HSE authority, assuring compliance to HSE standards and promotes a performing HSE culture in the field crew team.

· Supporting with Inventory and Sourcing improvement on a continuous basis.

· Ensuring equipment reliability and performance is consistently high. Raising the PII first run success rate to Industry leading standards continually.

· Developing production programs and processes that maximize the utilization of workforce and assets.

· Improving service quality, as measured by customer satisfaction responses and first time run successes.

· Applying the process and tools of six sigma to make business cases and take decisions based on data.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

· Have a Bachelor and major in Mechanical Engineering or related and show solid experience in Operation

· Have 8 years experience in a similar role is an advantage, with well-developed team management skills.

· Be a champion of customer care, committed to maintaining the highest standards of service quality in all aspects of equipment servicing.

· Have demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence a team, customers and others.

· Have demonstrate the ability to successfully manage projects and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results.

· Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems.

· Able to fluently speak and write in English and Chinese.

· Have a Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt or equivalent is an advantage.
