As a Directional Drilling / LWD GEN Field Specialist, you will run the operations of drilling sites using the latest technology. You will have access to innovative equipment to effectively monitor our well sites. You will troubleshoot problems and act quickly to ensure efficiency is maintained for our customers.

As a Directional Drilling / LWD GEN Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Following internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment
• Developing and demonstrating proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of Directional Drilling Systems
• Providing complex solutions in challenging Directional System environments
• Solving often complex drilling problems, by monitoring, analysing and evaluating incidents using logging and drilling data
• Developing and demonstrating proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of Measuring while Drilling services at the well site
• Working in difficult drilling and MWD environments to provide complex solutions to the Customer.
• Making basic maintenance on various types of field equipment and to determine the equipment's current operational status at the well site
• Utilizing broad knowledge of the product line's tool(s) and/or service for data analysis when required
• Completing additional advanced technical training and assigning well site development programs

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will need to :

• Have rig drilling or directional drilling experience gained in an oil and gas environment
• Be fluent in oral and written English
• Have a technical degree or a High School Diploma /GED with minimum 7x years experience on Directional drilling and Logging operations work
• Or have a Bachelor technical degree with of 5x years prior experience in Directional drilling and Logging operations work
• Be able to relate to well site personnel at all levels, be a dedicated team member
